Our Prosperity Yu Sheng Salad features more than 15 different ingredients, including smoked salmon, pomelo fruit, ginger flower, chinese coriander, fresh shredded carrots in triple colours, pickled gingers, sesame seeds, sesame oil, plum sauce, lime, crunchy crackers, etc. This special salad is moist and has a sweet and tangy flavour.
Vegetarian option (without smoked salmon) is available.
Comes with disposable chopsticks.
