Using more than 12 different spices and ingredients to make the mee-siam paste, our Nyonya Mee Siam gravy has a richer and tastier flavour.
(Prawns not provided).
For Vegetarian Option, we have omitted dried shrimps and eggs in the recipe. Eggs shall be replaced by TOFU. Vegetarian option is also VEGAN.
(This mee siam contains coconut milk, peanuts, garlic and onions.)

All condiments and gravy are separately packed. Gravy is warm and best to boil it before serving.
(However, pls do NOT microwave the bee-hoon or the condiments.)
Condiments included: bean sprouts, chives, tau-pok, eggs and homemade sambal (prawns are not provided).
